Notice is hereby given that on September 1, 2023 the 2023 Assessment List shall be certified to the St. Charles Parish Council as the Board of Review.
The St. Charles Parish Council will sit as a Board of Review for the 2023 Tax Roll, for a 15 day period, beginning September 11, 2023 and ending September 25, 2023. The Public Hearing for the Board of Review will be held Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the St. Charles Parish Courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville, Louisiana.
The Board of Review shall consider the written protest of any taxpayer desiring to be heard, provided a written appeal using Form 3101 Appeal to the Board of Review, has been filed in the St. Charles Parish Council Office, 15045 River Road, P. 0. Box 302, Hahnville, LA 70057, no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, September 18, 2023. Said written appeal must be received either by hand delivery, by Certified Mail or facsimile transmission to 985-783-2067.
PLEASE NOTE: You must submit all information concerning the value of your property to your assessor before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Board of Review. The failure to submit such information may prevent you from relying on that information should you protest your value.

Public Notice – Public Exposure of Assessments
Notice is hereby given that the St. Charles Parish Assessor’s Office shall have completed the listing of all property in the Parish of St. Charles and estimated the value thereon on August 15, 2023. Said list will be exposed in the St. Charles Parish Assessor’s Office for public inspection and correction for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days beginning Tuesday, August 15, 2023 and ending Tuesday, August 29, 2023, Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition, my office will be available for after-hours appointments as needed. Any taxpayer desiring to examine their assessment for 2023 may visit the Assessor’s Office, at the St. Charles Parish Courthouse, 15045 River Road, Hahnville, Louisiana, call the office at (985) 783-6281, view our website at www.stcharlesassessor.com or contact the office by email at assessor@stcharlesassessor.com.
